Privacy

Short version: we collect as little as we can get away with, and we never sell it.

Your location

We ask for your location only when you tap "Near me". Nothing is requested when you simply open a page. Your coordinates are used in the browser to sort listings by distance and are not stored on our servers or attached to your account.

Saved Pujas and recent searches

These live in your browser's local storage on your own device. If you sign in, your saved Pujas are copied to your account so they follow you to another device. Recent searches stay local and are never uploaded.

Forms

When you list a Puja, claim an organisation, report a correction or send a sponsorship enquiry, we store what you typed so an editor can act on it. Details you mark as public appear on the listing; everything else — including evidence links, private phone numbers and internal notes — is visible only to our editors.

Analytics

We count anonymous, aggregate actions such as searches, filter use, listing views, saves and directions taps so we know which parts of the site are useful. These events carry no names, no exact coordinates and no advertising identifiers.

Accounts

An account stores your email and, if you provide them, your name and phone number. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Third parties

Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap, so your browser contacts their servers when a map loads. Fonts are served from Google Fonts. We don't run advertising trackers.
